The restaurant’s signature offering is its Carvery Buffet — a modern take on the traditional ‘Churrascaria’ — serving an impressive selection of grilled, air-flown premium meats.

Diners are free to eat as little or as much as they like. Each table is equipped with a chip for every guest — a clever system that signals the carvers when to serve and when to stop. The green side, marked “Serve Me,” tells the carvers to continue serving, while the red “Thank You” side signals them to pause.
To complement the meat buffet — or for those who prefer lighter fare — there’s also a Hot and Cold Salad Buffet counter featuring a variety of salads, pasta, Carvery’s signature Mushroom Soup, and more. All are included in the single Carvery Buffet price, making it an all-you-can-eat experience!

Continuing to innovate, the restaurant also offers a Butcher Counter — a unique concept for diners. Here, guests can select from a wide range of premium meats such as air-flown chilled USA beef, baby lamb racks, Wagyu beef, foie gras, and New Zealand salmon steaks. Best of all, patrons choose their preferred cuts, and prices are based on the weight of the selected meat.
