The restaurant’s signature offer is its Carvery Buffet and this modern ‘churrascaria’ continues dishing up wonderful selections of grilled air-flown premium quality meats. The varieties served include roasted lamb leg, lamb chop, steaks, mussels, smoked beef, beef ribs and lots more.

Guests can have as little or as much as they want, and there is a chip placed on the table for each diner which will tell the carvers when to serve and when to stop! The green “Serve Me” side tells the carvers to continue serving whilst the Red “Thank You” side signals to the carvers to stop serving.

For some greens to accompany the meat buffet or for those who are simply not great meat eaters, there is also a Hot and Cold Salad Buffet counter featuring imported vegetables, pasta and soup. To add on, Carvery’s signature Mushroom Soup! This again comes under one price you pay for Carvery Buffet, all you can eat!

Pioneering yet another concept for its diners, this well-known restaurant has also added a Butcher Counter offering a wide choice of premium meat such as air-flown chilled USA beef, baby lamb rack, Wagyu beef, foie gras and New Zealand salmon steak.  What’s better, patrons can select their own choice of meat and prices are based on the weight of meat selected.
